Ideas do not come easy and nothing is easy that excites you the more. Our organization has a great mission to achieve and a bigger vision to achieve and we must help reach those goals. How a single employee can make a difference in this line of work? Yet for leaders, it becomes imperative that every participant in the team perceives his or her contribution to be clinical to contribute. What can get your message from the first row till the last one, that too in great capacity?

As the deadline for submissions nears, the team rushes to their tables – Painting a canvas is just another activity but bringing it to the stage and bringing your creativity, message, involvement, teamwork, and timeline to the canvas. Who is great at idea generation? What message did you stumble upon and which one you all agreed on mutually? Before going on to the stage leaders need to discuss what they are going to say and does this help them in any form. Our instructor will be there all the time and will ensure 100% engagement.

Eventually, though, most teams find their way around. The leader of the team is then invited to unveil the masterpiece. Set the stage for the leader to reinforce the story behind this masterpiece and the brains behind the entire exercise, that “None of us individually is capable of doing what all of us together can”. Teams can wait for their turn one by one not everyone is going to be the activity winner but team winners for sure.

This is a wonderful activity to get the best of teamwork in the most unlikely of ways for corporate teams. The whole experience of getting their hands and aprons splashed with colors, takes participants back to their younger days, eliciting lots of smiles and laughter all around. Regardless of how big a team is – this is one activity that can keep every single person in a group fully engaged.

The activity will be debriefed, debriefing I simply a way of letting teams know that what you at is a great vision and you’re a part of this wonderful journey with some of the finest minds by your side. Employers have their roles assigned but activity lets people stay in the zone of making a difference.
