Screen Test presents an extremely flexible format that allows teams to explore company issues in a fun context. Teams are allotted time for prep. Each team begins with a short film short movie clip. 

There is an important twist made to the clip, the original audio is edited from the footage. The teams are given a specific subject/ issue to address with the clip in the background. Teams must take on the dare of writing and rehearing a script of logical dialogues that goes on with the action. Strong planning, strategy, and leadership are required to complete the task on the timeline. Strong communication, edgy decision-making, and apt role allocations are vital for making the clip come alive along with live performance. The Screen test climaxes with an explosive performance by the teams as they take turns in a ‘live booth’ session.
