Passing the ball

While standing in line at arm’s distance, the team passes the ball from front to back & forth through the person’s legs and the second person’s head, and the rest of the team will follow the pattern until it reaches the end and send it back alternate pattern will be followed. 

The team will learn the situational changes that the job demands and adapt to the situation. It gives power and angles to the trainer to see the behavioral changes participants are going through while on the job. It may seem easy activity but has effective learning. The next person has a different role viz. you have a different role but both are part of the process and that process is helping deliver the expected results to the organization. That means your efforts are as important as the person next to you or behind but your presence and efforts do make a difference.
