As an icebreaker activity, meditation can help create a relaxed and open atmosphere among participants, setting a positive tone for any group activity or discussion.

You can then transition the discussion to more icebreaking questions that are unrelated to meditation, helping participants get to know each other better. These questions can be lighthearted, like asking about their favorite hobbies, travel experiences, or memorable life moments.

Incorporating meditation into an icebreaker activity, we not only help participants relax and open up but also give them a valuable tool for managing stress and improving focus. Keep in mind that meditation might not resonate with everyone, so it’s important to approach the activity with an inclusive and respectful attitude.

Although there is a restriction on times, this one is advised for early in the morning for residential programs or the ones that start in the morning.
