MBIT Summons
The MBTI was constructed for normal populations and emphasizes the value of naturally occurring differences so that participants come to understand and self-awareness of their working behavior, drawing out their potential and improving relationships within.
MBIT is not a test evaluation or result-based questionnaire. There are no right-wrong answers the purpose of the indicator is not to evaluate mental health but to see the behavior of the team and teammates which is a personality-based orientation. Unlike any other psychological evaluations, your results are not compared against any concept. Instead of looking at your score in comparison to the results of other people, the goal of the instrument is to simply offer further digging into your unique personality.
Having diverse personalities within an organization can be a useful asset in any form and using those types of personalities in your group can enhance productivity, efficiency, and creativity while minimizing the chance of unproductive conflict and radically improving team dynamics. Most of the teams understand their group dynamics and various personalities so that can bring out to best of their uses.
As we mentioned there is no wrong and no write and nothing to compare with but once we get going will get to the type of personalities and then move on to determine the big picture composition of your group and highlight how different people react to the circumstances around them.

Based on the answers to the questions people are identified as having one of mixed (16) personality types. It gives a chance to further explore likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, interests, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.
No personality type is a standard than any other one. Its goal is simply to help you learn more about your qualities rather than interests.

Identifying the missing pieces in the organization or the fading magic of it or perhaps just a lack of acceptance of the same; one of these is enough to get any organization into the act. As it is been rightly said “Acceptance first step towards transformation.” You cannot change if you don’t know where to start and those around you!
