River runner

An office theme game where teams take the responsibility of enacting rafting companies facing challenges on their way to take their company through the ravaging waters of the world’s greatest rivers. River runners grab upon the adventurous nerve and bring the adrenaline rush of white water rafting and its adventure company aspects to this business game. All the participants are divided into groups and teams to lead rafting companies that have to thrive in the adventure business whilst going down the world’s greatest and most challenging rivers. Although the participants are not taken to river sights in reality they are equipped with paddles, life vests, and life-sized rafts for a realistic experience. Actual river rafting footage is played with sound effects to bring the scene alive.

Triumph in this adventure business is assessed from achieving a balance between being the first one to raft in the river, meeting the demands of your clients, keeping a good record of safety, and also making profits from your venture. Managing your time well helps extensively with this activity. Nevertheless, time spent on research is not lost if it advances the team to run to the river first.

The activity requires cohesive teamwork and inclusive efforts to gather critical information and a flexible outreach to turn unexpected events and new information to their advantage.

River Runners is an exemplary activity that brings the thrill and adrenaline of river rafting and collaborates with teamwork and an energetic mood in an office setting.

Overall, River Runners provides an array of assessments that help evaluate matters such as problem-solving, client satisfaction, leadership skills, profitability, and risk management.
