2. My newsletter is going to my spam box. How do I get it to my inbox?
In some cases the newsletter may end up in your email account’s spam folder. To ensure that you get the newsletter direct to your inbox, please [email protected] to your email white list. You can find out how to do this here.
3. How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Open a recent newsletter, and click one of the ‘unsubscribe’ links at the top or bottom.

4. I’m having problems opening Youphoria PDFs. How do I open them?
Problems with opening our PDFs are usually resolved by downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (click here to do this).
If this does not work, try downloading the file a second time – this will correct any problems of file corruption during download. And if you’re still having no luck, please contact our customer helpdesk. We’ll send a copy through to you by email.

5. How do I order multiple copies of Youphoria products?

6. Can I reproduce Youphoria material?
We have a number of arrangements in place, depending on what you want to do. Please contact us by clicking here to discuss your specific requirements. Alternatively you may find the links helpful below:

7. I want to buy one of your products or join the Youphoria Club but I don’t have a credit or debit card?
Annual membership of the Youphoria Club can be purchased by cheque. You can find out more about this by clicking here.

8. I have a valid credit card but I can’t use it on your site. What can I do?
When you buy from us we use a secure third-party payment system called WorldPay to process the order. WorldPay accepts the following cards: VISA Credit, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA Debit, VISA Electron.

If you are using one of these cards, and you still can’t complete your order, then we regret that, given the way the international credit card system works, we will not know why you are having card processing problems. Your card details are only handled through the WorldPay system, and, as such, Youphoria does not have access to any of your card information.

In this situation, it’s worth retrying, ensuring your billing address, card number, name and other details are entered correctly.
If you still can’t use your card, we’re happy to offer annual Youphoria Club membership by cheque. You’ll find everything you need to know about paying this way here.

9. There is a specific tool I am looking for. How can I find it?
The easiest way to find a particular tool or resource on the site is to use our finder page. Alternatively, you can use the instant search facility at the top of this page if you are looking for particular tools.
Some resources are exclusive to Youphoria Club members. If you would like to explore more than 1,000 different resources, as well as using our career forums, you can join the Club here.
Within the Club you can also get answers to specific questions through our discussion forum area, which is exclusive to Youphoria Club members. Both Youphoria experts and experienced professionals are on hand to help with any questions you may have, and our coaches can offer guidance on how to use the toolkit to your best advantage.
