The activity does give us Goosebumps, isn’t it? Yes! Only imagination of it, and you are into a better than any other MAD activity.
Simply teams are allotted with few tasks in which the team gets a gamified level to climb the ladder, starting from a simple to the back-breaking three-level game where initiate the process by making animal sounds anything you are good at, but remember it will get tougher on the next level so you might want to choose wisely.
Few blindfolded tasks to perform, and the best part is, that you get to choose which animal squad your team wants to be, just entire team has to set the rules on making tone for a hint to your movement because we didn’t tell you that you are not only blindfolded but tight-lipped too. (No team can speak for any sign or indication to the team that it can make animal sounds to get the task completed)
Identifying the missing pieces in the organization or the fading magic of it or perhaps just a lack of acceptance of the same; one of these is enough to get any organization into the act. As it is been rightly said “Acceptance first step towards transformation.” You cannot change if you don’t know where to start and those around you!
